Programmes:

Large Groups / Small Groups

Whether you decide to join a small group or a large group – both types of programme are designed for parents and children to have fun together. Activities such as parachute games, memory skills, brain aerobics, relaxation techniques and much more are all designed to build and boost self esteem and confidence. During each session a nutritious snack is provided.

Each programme is divided into a series of “Steps”. Each step is made up of 10 workshops, which last between an hour and an hour and a half.

Family Groups

These are run on the same basis as the large and small groups – but are for individual families.

Individuals

These are for individual children, or parent and child, or individual youth, or individual adults. These programmes can address:

The programmes are designed to develop skills which will help the individual to lead a successful and full life. Activities and games to help improve concentration, memory and co-ordination are included along with powerful relaxation techniques. Learn how to be happy in all situations along with much more. During each session a snack is provided. 5 sessions follow an individual assessment, and sessions are tailor-made to suit the participants based on this assessment.
